Check Year & Roll Type
Keep the Revision Year set to '2026'. Under 'Roll Type', choose 'SIR Final Roll - 2026' for the final voter list or 'SIR Draft Roll' for the preliminary draft list.
Select District, Assembly & Language
Select your home District and your local Assembly Constituency (Vidhan Sabha). In Language, select 'HINDI' or your preferred regional language.
Find Your Polling Station (School or Booth)
Scroll down to the list of polling stations. Look for your village name or the government school where you vote. Tick the small square checkbox next to your booth name.
Type the Captcha & Click Download
Look at the letters shown in the image (Captcha) and type them exactly in the box. Then click the blue button that says 'Download Selected PDFs'.
Open the PDF & Check Your Family's Names
Open the downloaded PDF file on your phone or computer. You can now see the serial number, father/husband's name, house number, and Voter ID (EPIC) number of all voters in your area.
Don't worry! Contact your local Booth Level Officer (BLO) immediately. In most villages and wards, the BLO is your local government school teacher or Anganwadi worker. You can provide your Aadhaar card and birth proof to fill Form 6 and get your name added before the final list is published.

भारत निर्वाचन आयोग (ECI - voters.eci.gov.in) द्वारा जारी वोटर लिस्ट केवल लोकसभा (संसद) व विधानसभा चुनावों के लिए मान्य होती है। यदि आप ग्राम पंचायत (प्रधान/सरपंच/वार्ड पंच) अथवा नगर निकाय चुनाव के लिए वोटर लिस्ट खोज रहे हैं, तो वह आपके राज्य के राज्य निर्वाचन आयोग (State Election Commission - SEC) द्वारा वार्ड-वार अलग से जारी की जाती है। दोनों सूचियों के भाग संख्या और क्रमांक अलग होते हैं।
स्पेशल समरी रिवीजन (SIR) के तहत पहले 'Draft Roll' (प्रारूप सूची) जारी की जाती है। सभी दावों और आपत्तियों की जांच के बाद जनवरी/फरवरी में 'Final Electoral Roll 2026' प्रकाशित होती है। शादी, पलायन या बीएलओ सत्यापन के दौरान कई बार जीवित मतदाताओं के नाम गलती से कट जाते हैं। हमेशा फाइनल रोल में अपना नाम जांचें; यदि नाम गायब हो तो तुरंत Form 6 (नया नाम) भरें।
वोटर लिस्ट पूरे ज़िले या विधानसभा की एक फाइल में नहीं होती, बल्कि गाँव या वार्ड के प्रत्येक मतदान केंद्र (Polling Station / Primary School) के अनुसार 'Part Number' (भाग संख्या) में विभाजित होती है। लिस्ट डाउनलोड करने से पहले अपने पुराने वोटर कार्ड के पीछे लिखी भाग संख्या या अपने गाँव के सरकारी प्राथमिक विद्यालय का नाम नोट कर लें।
चुनाव आयोग के सुरक्षा व निजता नियमों के तहत, आम नागरिकों के लिए डाउनलोड हेतु उपलब्ध सार्वजनिक PDF में फोटो के स्थान पर "Photo Available" लिखा रहता है ताकि पहचान का दुरुपयोग न हो। केवल बीएलओ (BLO) और चुनाव अधिकारियों के पास तस्वीरों वाली मुद्रित सूची होती है। आपका नाम, पिता/पति का नाम, उम्र और EPIC नंबर सही होना ही मतदान के लिए पर्याप्त है।
