How to View & Use VBGRAMG MIS Reports

The VBGRAMG MIS Report portal serves as an open, transparent dashboard for the Viksit Bharat — Guarantee for Rozgar & Aajeevika Mission (Gramin), formerly known as MGNREGA. It brings together 34 detailed report categories so anyone can track village development and employment records online.

For Citizens & Rural Families: These reports offer complete transparency. You can easily look up your individual job card status, check how many days of work you have completed, track your pending wage payments, and verify if your Bank/Aadhaar account is linked properly. Moreover, villagers can see all active, approved, and completed public development projects right inside their own Gram Panchayat.

For Officials & Social Auditors: Gram Panchayat Sachivs rely on these reports daily to review muster rolls, compile wage lists, and track site progress. Block Development Officers (BDOs) and Programme Officers (POs) use them for block-level oversight, clearing FTO payment queues, and monitoring expenditure. Social Auditors and district officials use the data to perform independent field checks and ensure full accountability.

1 R1 से R35 रिपोर्ट्स का वर्गीकरण व मुख्य नागरिक रिपोर्ट्स

नरेगा/VB-GRAM-G एमआईएस पोर्टल पर 35 प्रमुख रिपोर्ट श्रेणियां होती हैं। इनमें नागरिकों व सामाजिक कार्यकर्ताओं के लिए 4 सबसे महत्वपूर्ण हैं: (1) R1 (Beneficiary Details): जॉब कार्ड सूची, आधार सीडिंग व एक्टिव वर्कर स्थिति, (2) R2 (Demand & Mustroll): चल रहे मस्टर रोल व दैनिक उपस्थिति, (3) R3 (Work Progress): स्वीकृत व अपूर्ण विकास कार्यों की स्थलीय स्थिति, और (4) R8 (FTO / Financial Monitoring): वेजलिस्ट, एफटीओ भुगतान व बैंक रिजेक्शन ट्रैकिंग।

2 60:40 श्रम-सामग्री अनुपात (Labor-Material Ratio) व बजट ट्रैकिंग

मनरेगा अधिनियम के अनुसार ग्राम पंचायत स्तर पर कुल खर्च का कम से कम 60% भाग अकुशल मजदूरी (Labor Wage) और अधिकतम 40% भाग निर्माण सामग्री (Material & Skilled) पर खर्च होना वैधानिक नियम है। एमआईएस की R4 व R7 रिपोर्ट से आप देख सकते हैं कि क्या आपकी पंचायत में इस वैधानिक अनुपात का पालन हो रहा है या ठेकेदारी प्रथा से सामग्री में फर्जी बिलिंग कर मजदूरी का हिस्सा दबाया गया है।

3 सोशल ऑडिट (R11/R12) व अधूरे कार्यों का स्थलीय भौतिक सत्यापन

एमआईएस रिपोर्ट हर ग्रामीण नागरिक को सोशल ऑडिट का कानूनी अधिकार देती है। R3 रिपोर्ट से आप अपनी पंचायत के सभी स्वीकृत, चल रहे और पूर्ण घोषित कार्यों की पूरी सूची निकाल सकते हैं। यदि पोर्टल पर चकमार्ग, तालाब या नाली निर्माण 'Completed' दिख रहा है और भुगतान निकाला जा चुका है लेकिन धरातल पर काम नहीं हुआ, तो यह स्पष्ट गबन (Ghost Work) का प्राथमिक प्रमाण है।

4 लोकपाल (Ombudsman) शिकायत व आरटीआई (RTI) में एमआईएस डेटा का उपयोग

एमआईएस पोर्टल पर दर्ज प्रत्येक मस्टर रोल, वेजलिस्ट और कार्य कोड का एक यूनिक सिस्टम नंबर होता है। यदि पंचायत में फर्जी मस्टर रोल या बिना काम मजदूरी निकासी दिखे, तो संबंधित रिपोर्ट का प्रिंटआउट लगाकर जिले के मनरेगा लोकपाल (Ombudsman) या राज्य सीएम हेल्पलाइन पर शिकायत दर्ज करें। यह केंद्रीय सरकारी सर्वर का डेटा जांच में अकाट्य कानूनी साक्ष्य माना जाता है।
