The Government of Punjab maintains complete transparency through the electronic Point of Sale (ePoS) portal. Any citizen can verify their family's inclusion in the official Ration Card List in 4 simple steps:
Select District
Click on your district (e.g. Amritsar, Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Patiala) in the table above to open the official state portal.
Select Office Code
Click on your Sub-Division or Block Food & Supplies Office (AFSO / DFSC Office Code) within the district.
Select FPS Dealer
Locate and click on the 12-digit Fair Price Shop (FPS ID) or dealer name catering to your village or municipal ward.
View & Print List
The full roster of all cardholders, Head of Family names, card categories (PHH / AAY), and family unit counts will be displayed.
Punjab Smart Ration Card Categories & Foodgrain Quota
Under the National Food Security Act (NFSA) and the state's Atta-Dal Scheme, the Government of Punjab issues ration cards under two primary categories:
Priority Household Card (PHH)
Covers over 1.28 crore individuals in Punjab. Each registered member receives 5 kg of wheat per month completely free of cost. In Punjab, distribution is frequently conducted on a quarterly or bi-monthly cycle (10 to 20 kg per person).
Antyodaya Anna Yojana Card (AAY)
Reserved for the poorest 1,75,958 households (7.78 lakh members) across Punjab. Each family receives 35 kg of wheat per month free of cost, regardless of family size, along with subsidized foodgrain packets when announced by the government.
