- Usage Data: We collect aggregated, non-personally identifiable metrics on feature usage to improve our service reliability and performance.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information strictly for the following purposes:
- To process your specific requests, such as drafting letters, translating text, or converting OCR images to text.
- To verify your subscription status and enforce daily generation limits.
- To securely communicate with our third-party AI providers (e.g., Google Cloud, OpenAI) solely for fulfilling your current request.
4. Data Retention and Security
We do not persistently store your document contents. The text and prompts you send for processing are held in memory only for the duration required to generate the AI response and are immediately discarded thereafter. We do not use your personal document data to train our own AI models.
All data transmission between your Microsoft Word client, our servers, and our AI partners is encrypted in transit using industry-standard protocols (HTTPS/TLS).
